As an Executive Coach and professional corporate trainer, I’m passionate about helping leaders motivate their teams, articulate a clear and compelling message and communicate calmly and confidently during conflict. I love working with leaders to help them solve problems, create win-win solutions, and create higher levels of employee engagement to increase productivity and achieve business outcomes. I work with Directors and Senior Executives in Fortune 500 companies to transform their team spirit and communication, turning low-performing teams into highly productive and engaged teams. I have worked with small family businesses to international corporates , and have extensive experience working in the US, Europe and Australasia.

As a Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach, I help leaders develop their EQ and communication skills to inspire their teams to action, solve problems and create win-win situations.

People want to feel valued and appreciated. My approach is to work with you on how to deepen your relationship building skills, how to encourage and praise in a meaning way and how to constructively communicate when things aren't going right.

The development could be from day-to-day conversations and how you relate to people, to presentations and meetings, or even Keynote speeches.

Even when things get hard and communication has to be corrective/constructive, I believe there is always a way to have those hard communications and still encourage people and make them want to do a better job, without coercion.

I have spent over a decade practicing, studying, researching and applying practical techniques that help people create better personal relationships and working environments;  Through study, working and living abroad I have a deep and intimate cultural understanding of businesses and corporates in the US and Europe and Australiasia.

I’ve worked with Directors and Senior Executives in well-known companies to transform their team spirit and communication, turning low-performing teams to become highly productive; and have experience and worked in different industries and businesses, from small family businesses to international corporates.
